TOP PRODUCER 8i Coaching and Training

I just wanted to say "Thanks" again for the great training class in Atlanta. Unlike many trainers who tell you that you will be able to to take their product and "set it and forget it" as soon as you walk out the door, you were crystal clear that it would take some work and some time. It was also clear that if were willing to do the work, eventually large chunks of the work could be set on auto pilot.

The tools your provided and the follow up messages have effectively made you my personal trainer.

I am a "since it was born" MS Outlook (R) user and it has been a real challenge for me to give it up. Never-the-less, I am learning the Top Producer's mail product and am beginning to be able to use it effectively. The ability to work seamlessly through all the Top Producer related products will be worth the effort.

Now excuse me, but I have to get back to work on personalizing my Top Producer products - my personal trainer insists on it!!

First and foremost thank you so much for what you taught us over the past few days. It’s been valuable info that I’m sure will thrust us to the next level. Secondly I meant to ask you yesterday and forgot, you mentioned you would let us know what type of printers and print cartridges you use. We’re much like you, always seeking ways to save money.

My husband helps me. I can just run off the activities and hi-light the ones I want him to take care of. It looks like it is coming from the computer and not his wife

Imagine my surprise when I went into my junk file to clean it out today and found so many emails from you!!!

I was in your Cleveland class last week (Marcie and I were late the first day). Your class gave us so much valuable information. I spent yesterday setting up my followup plans for listings, contracts for my buyers and contracts for my listings. I was able to convert the letters that I usually use to email format for all of those sellers and buyers with email! What a great savings of time that will be. I am so happy I took the class. I recently took your two day Top Producer Training at the Keller Williams office in Valrico Florida. I was really impressed with your level of knowledge regarding the program and computers in general. While I was a little nervous the first day on how much information there was to remember! Not fear though….you had just about everything I could think of on the CD-ROM we got to take with us. The information on that CD is so valuable…and useful. All in all Dwight, I would recommend this course to anyone who is serious about utilizing the Top Producer Program.

I can't thank you enough for the invaluable information you provided through your Top Producer training session. Although I had had the program for several months, I had not begun to utilize its full capabilities. When I fully implement all its components, it will not only help keep me organized, but it will save me an incredible amount of time.....and, as you know, in real estate, time is money!

I wanted to thank you again for the stimulating 2-day 7i class at NVAR in early December. I don't know how you do it! You made what some would have considered tedious material, exciting and filled with potential. I must admit, I didn't have a sleepy moment during the 2 days. What I like about your instruction, is the way you present the material, challenging the students to interact and then, very thoughtfully injecting personal comment that is applicable. In other words, you are not just laying the material out, but you show that you are self-analyzing what you is being said, and producing thoughts & comments that are pertinent. Dwight, I've been working with TP7i for a few months, so when I signed up for your class, I was looking to get just a couple of good nuggets of information to sharpen my use of the program. Within a few hours you made me realize how much time I was wasting with tasks that could be done with TP7i if only I would commit the time up front to set up my full marketing message, 33 touch program, etc. I've been working on that, as you prescribed, about an hour a day for the last 2 weeks. I'm happy to say that my 33 touch program is ready to roll out. It's been a fun process creating my own unique marketing message. Now all I have to do is start assigning action plans to contacts on January 1 and we're off and running. Thanks for explaining things in such a way that I can repeat your lessons easily, even 2 weeks later! My investment in time and money to attend your training should pay off a thousand-fold in 2007.

I like the fact that we had the laptops available to us. Dwight Kitchens was a great instructor. I think it would be great if the REALTOR had some experience with Top Producer before taking the class. I've begun loading active buyers and sellers into the program. Set up my first customer web page...and emailed info to seller.

This morning I'm trying to go back and put all the info from bits and pieces of notes in a file to create the time line of events on a buyer file that is going down badly....hope the time line will help....although I've always had my old paper trail standby. I sure can see the benefit of have email come thru TP. Just so afraid of the "change"....but will probably contact my server today or Monday.

This is the second time I've attended your class and both times I came away feeling that every penny I spent was worth it. I have not felt that way about most classes I've attended. What an informative class. I thought I knew Top Producer until I took this class. I always did the basics like entering in clients and applying an action plan, but to know that it provided SO MUCH MORE. You took us from entering contacts to the very end of what Top Producer can do for your business. Being a part of your recent Top Producer class was a great investment of my time. Prior to your class I was using at least 3 or 4 programs to accomplish what I can now do through Top Producer & Top Connector. It's like having another person on our team!

This 2 day training class should be a requirement of purchasing Top Producer! Yes, a user can use Top Producer without your class but those that take it will be miles and miles ahead of those that do not. I have used it for eight months and have built a small database to keep up with my farm area. I recently attended your two day Top Producer workshop. Top Producer has so much to offer that if you were trying to take a course to master it all it would have to be a full time 6 month course. Your course did exactly what you said it would. It showed me all the things Top Producer could do. You spent enough time on each one that I learned how to go back and play with it so I could master the features I wanted to use. I think you showed a lot of patience with someone who is not technically oriented. You did not make me feel that you minded when I asked you to go over something again that you had just spent 15 minutes doing. As a former teacher I know how important it is to make your students feel they can ask whatever questions they have. You did that. It is impossible not to feel some frustrations when you deal with computers but you certainly helped to minimize that. The best recommendation I can say is that I would pay to take the course again.

Let me ,also, mention that you return e-mails and phone calls to provide help when needed. You were right about tech support - they are great.

I truly enjoyed the Top Producer training. I recently flew to CA for two days of training at a cost of $2,000 and received more knowledge and useful information in your class! The material was well-organized, interestingly presented, and invaluable to my business. I would highly recommend your class to anyone that has TP, or is thinking of getting it. On second thought, just get TP and then take the class. Outstanding!

I do want you to know that I still use Top Producer everyday. I took your two-day course in Boise, Idaho in September or October 2004. Since then, I use Top Producer to keep track of my transactions, as my sole database, to mail out monthly mailings, to pull up labels, to send out form letters that I’ve revised, to produce my CMA’s for buyers and sellers and to keep a log of interaction with all my clients.

You gave a heads-up about the branded version a couple weeks ago and I learned when I inquired about it that TP upgraded me from 6i to 7i and dropped the branded version. So thanks, Dwight, because they fixed it and I'm now using the CB version. I spend most of my time in the remote, of course, but there's comfort in being able to synch and access the on-line account from time to time when necessary, and provide online access to people who help me from time to time.

Thanks for the newsletters....they have been a great help as I try to learn all that TP will do. Is there a branded version of 7i for Coldwell Banker? I would love to have it. Thanks.

Hello and greetings from Idaho. I took your Top Producer course last fall in Boise. At the time, I was on the Cendant “limited” version. The 2^nd day of your course, I switched over to the full-version of Top Producer and have never looked back. I just wanted you to know that I enjoy your e-mails and really try to use all of the program’s features.

I consider 7i to be my virtual assistant. I download it daily to my Palm to view my To Do’s and to have all my clients’ phone numbers and addresses at a moment’s notice. I usually like to figure out my week on Sunday, and like the feature that allows me to link a task to a client. It’s a great way to keep a log of my activities—forever. I am amazed at the number of people that don’t use 7i at all. My progress reports are so professional looking and my clients are always impressed. Not to mention the professional CMA’s!

Thanks again for your class and opening my eyes to all the features that Top Producer has for busy realtors.

Keep up the great work and consider coming back to Boise. I really think more people would use Top Producer if they knew how.

I have been mis using Top Producer products for more than 10 years. I finally pryed my wallet open and spent the money to get personal one on one training from Dwight Kitchens.
That was probably one of the best investments that I have made in my company. In just one day Dwight was able to teach me how to unleash the true potential of Top Producer 7I.
I would strongly reccommend Dwight to anyone who is serious about using the real Top Producer and ALL of the features.

Dwight- Thank you for coming to Savannah for the Top Producer 7i class. It was wonderful! This was actually the second time I have had the class, but the first time I was not familiar at all with the program so I was lost. After using Top Producer for several months and playing with it I realized there was much more I could learn in order to help my business grow. By using this program, I can cut out all the "after hours" emails to future and past customers. I also don't have to take hours to come up with my own letters and emails. They are all there for me in the program. Without you teaching this class, I would not be able to use the program to its maximum ability. You teaching skills made it very easy to learn. I appreciate your time and effort! Now I have more time to be out of the office and out in homes.......

I attended a two day Top Producer training seminar in late November, 2004. Being relatively new to the industry I was a little overwhelmed. Dwight Kitchens was my instructor. He presented Top Producer to me in a clear, concise manner that left me excited about going back to work and showing my supervisor/broker what we could do on TP. Initially, I realized that there was much too much information to sort through and apply, so I find myself constantly emailing Dwight with questions. His after training follow up is immensely helpful and a resource that I know I will continue to utilize. I look forward to taking a follow up seminar in a few months so that I can become more proficient on Top Producer. Dwight really knows his stuff!

Its difficult to load software. this is covered plus helpful CD given by Dwight explains installation.

Professionalism and knowledge of product and RE. Willingness and patience to answer questions. The ability to understand where each person is in their utilization of TP and answer their specific questions and still keep the class moving.

You spoke & taught in "layman's terms" , when you got beyond my comprehension you backed up and explained in a different way - very adaptable.

Great! If you are going to buy TP take this class first. We covered Top Connector which will save us hours of work.

Anyone with TOP PRODUCER should take this course! I wanted to thank you for the way in which you taught the Palm Computing class and the Top Producer 6i class this past week in Baltimore. Unfortunately, I was late and I did not have TPP-6i on my palm , but that is finally getting completed. Being a techno-challenged individual, I usually put the technology on the back burner.

I have been printing your newsletter and keeping them with me to encourage me through the challenge. Your seminar forced me to make the time to move my palm forward. I really am impressed with the software. But it takes making the time to get the software coordinated. With luck, I have gotten to the last frontier and will be up and running tomorrow AM.
